Skiffs

A rowing skiff is the perfect way to enjoy a summer's afternoon on the river, but do you want the long pull back at the end of the day?

The simplest solution is an electric outboard, clamped to the transom or the gunwale, and removed at the end of the day, but an even more elegant option is the Thames Electric Launch Company Skiffpower. This combines a light, powerful motor, with a discreet rudder quadrant, and remote throttle. This allows you to control steering and motor from the stern bench seat, without turning round or twisting. At the same time the lines of your craft are not compromised by the sight of the outboard motor head.
